Polishing a blade (continued).
Next I change to 800 grit wet and dry, once again changing direction
and polishing until the 600 grit lines have gone.
(The small blob at the right hand side blade's edge is a piece of paper
that got caught as a wiped the water from the blade.)
Here is the blade polished with 1000 grit wet and dry. You can
see the reflection of the tripod legs becoming more defined in the lower
section of the blade. When viewed at a certain angle a faint temperline
can be seen.
