Mumei ‘dachi attributed to Tomoyuki

This ‘dachi has been attributed to Tomoyuki who worked during the 14th Century.

Mei (name): Mumei - attributed to Tomoyuki. 

Location: ‘yamazumi Jinja, Ehime.

Period: 14th Century.

 

This ‘dachi has a nagasa (cutting edge) of 180.0 cm and sori (curvature) of 5.4 cm.

The width of the blade at the base is 4.6 cm and the width near the tip is 3.4 cm.

The kissaki is 10.0 cm long.

The tang is 58.5 cm.

This ‘dachi is displayed with mounts.
