PENTACON six TL disassembly - Part 4

Please Note:  The PENTACON six TL can be a rather delicate piece of precision mechanics.  If you are not comfortable with attempting to take one apart for repair/maintenance please take it to a repair centre.  These pages are to be used as a guide only.  I will not be responsible for any damage caused to cameras due poor workmanship.

Next, locate the 2 screw under the winder mechanism.

Unscrew these and removed them.

Then remove the cover, noting its position.

With the cover removed, you will see another screw that needs to be removed.

Next turn to the back of the camera.  Unscrew the screw directly behind the view screen.

Then unscrew the other one.

There are 2 similar screw at the front of the camera too.

Both of these will need to be removed.

Now you should be able to remove the whole panel surrounding the screen.
It may be a tight fit and need some coaxing.

Next, remove the screen's clip.
